Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking a proactive Stores & Materials Coordinator in Goole to support depot operations within a busy rail and engineering environment. The role combines warehouse activities, stock control, administration and technical materials management.

You will split time roughly 50% physically handling stock and 50% performing systems administration using MMS, SAP and Power Apps, ensuring accurate records and smooth materials flow to maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in stores, materials, logistics, warehousing or supply chain.
• Capability to use stock and materials systems.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to perform physical material handling safely.

Responsibilities

• Carry out goods receipt, goods issue and consumption transactions.
• Manage daily stock movements and material handling.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor stock levels and request replenishments.
• Coordinate transport between depots and suppliers.
• Ensure materials are stored, handled and recorded correctly.
• Process stock transactions using MMS systems and SAP.
• Use Power Apps to arrange transportation and support operations.
