Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Bristol is seeking a Stores Manager to lead stores, inventory and warehouse operations within a subcontract manufacturing environment. You will ensure efficient material flow, from receipt to dispatch, to support production schedules and customer commitments.

The role requires leadership, a focus on inventory accuracy, and compliance across UK locations, with opportunities for continuous improvement and career growth in a secure, defence-focused organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems like Sage Materials Management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement qualification.
• Health & Safety qualifications such as IOSH.
• Supply chain qualification (CILT, APICS, CPIM or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead stores, inventory, warehouse operations and material flow in subcontract manufacturing.
• Oversee receipt, storage, control, movement and dispatch of parts, WIP, test equipment and finished goods.
• Develop and maintain best-in-class stores processes with high inventory accuracy and compliance.
