Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Bristol is seeking a Stores Manager to lead the stores, inventory and warehouse operations across UK sites. You will ensure efficient material flow and compliance to support production schedules and customer commitments.

The role requires strong leadership and continuous improvement focus. This position offers exposure to advanced maritime and defence systems, with opportunities to drive standardization across locations and enhance inventory accuracy and safety

Qualifications

Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement principles.
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001/AS9100).
Safety qualifications and awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead stores, inventory and warehouse operations across a subcontract environment.
Ensure receipt, storage, control, movement and dispatch of parts and finished goods to support production.
Develop and maintain best-in-class stores processes with high inventory accuracy and compliance.
