• Proven administration and warehouse coordination experience.
• Ability to work with computer systems and manual handling.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good IT skills; SAP experience advantageous.
• Physically fit for manual handling.
• Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries and organise storage.
• Prepare and despatch deliveries; arrange UK/international transport.
• Update stock records and use SAP for inventory control.
• Load/ unload stock with a forklift where required.
• Support with weekly stock reporting and stock takes.
