Job Description:

Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stores & Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse, managing incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and timely.

The main responsibilities include:

  1. Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
  2. Unload and sort materials and products
  3. Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  4. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
  5. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
  6. Ensure proper storage and organization within the warehouse
  7. Prepare shipments for outbound delivery
  8. Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
  10. Manage the ERP system

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not essential
  • Valid forklift operator certification is a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work safely and comply with health, safety, and environmental policies
