Job summary

ENVEA UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Stores & Logistics Associate in Swavesey, Cambridgeshire. You will manage material flow, from receiving goods and stock control to preparing customer orders for dispatch.

The role requires hands-on experience in stores/warehouse environments, ability to pack products, and competence with ERP/stock control systems. A team player with good IT skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using an ERP or stock control system.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and book in deliveries using ERP.
  • Maintain stock levels and support production.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
  • Arrange courier shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Support goods-in quality inspections and supplier returns.
  • Keep the stores area organised, safe and efficient.
  • Assist the wider Operations team as required.

Stores & Logistics Associate

We're looking for a proactive Stores & Logistics Associate to join our Operations team and help keep our manufacturing and customer deliveries running smoothly.

The Role

This is a varied, hands‑on position where you'll manage the flow of materials through the business, from receiving goods and maintaining stock to preparing customer orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect and book in deliveries using our ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and support production.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders safely and efficiently.
  • Arrange courier shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Support goods‑in quality inspections and supplier returns.
  • Keep the stores area organised, safe and efficient.
  • Assist the wider Operations team as required.
What We're Looking For
Essential
  • Experience in a stores, warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience packing products for dispatch.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using an ERP or stock control system.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A positive, reliable team player with strong communication skills.
Desirable
  • Warehousing & Storage qualification (NVQ Level 2/3).
  • Experience in electronics or instrumentation manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of shipping systems or mechanical drawings.
