Job summary

S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a reliable Storesperson / Delivery Driver to join on a permanent basis. You will manage stores, organise engineers' vans, stock materials, and deliver across the Midlands efficiently and safely.

The role requires ownership of stock control, ensuring materials are readily available, liaising with engineers and office teams, and maintaining clean, safe loading areas and vehicles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stores, warehouse, stock control, logistics or delivery roles.
• Full, valid UK driving licence for vehicles used in the role.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage stock, deliveries and priorities.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to undertake manual work.
• Good attention to detail when checking deliveries and recording stock movements.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and take ownership of the stores operation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with engineers and colleagues.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible mindset; committed to working safely.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the stores area: clean, tidy, safe and well organised.
• Develop and maintain an accessible layout and storage system for materials, tools and equipment.
• Implement and maintain stock control, recording goods received, issued and returned.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment.
• Assist with stock ordering and replenishment with relevant teams.
• Receive, check and store deliveries; match to notes/POs where applicable.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and damaged/missing items.
• Keep tools and materials securely stored and properly handled.
• Maintain records of stock movements and regular stock checks.
