United Kingdom Testing and Certification (UKTC) in East Kilbride is seeking a motivated Stores Controller to join our Fire Testing team. You will manage materials handling, storage, and stock control to keep builds and testing operations running smoothly.

This hands-on role includes receiving deliveries, organizing stock, labeling for traceability, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring safety and compliance in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• UK driving license is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of construction materials and processes.
• Experience in stores, warehouse, or materials management.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
• Organise and store materials to maximise space and accessibility.
• Label materials accurately for project traceability.
• Prepare and stage materials for builds and testing, coordinating with technical teams.
