Our client is a leading employer in the Aylesbury area. They have been experience an extended period of growth and are now looking to recruit a new Engineering Stores Assistant to manage and maintain the engineering inventory.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing inventory: Materials, parts, equipment
• Utilising the CMMS system for Stock Checks and Reports
• Receiving deliveries and operating the forklift and trucks
• Booking in and out inventory
• Managing returns and transportation
• Liaison with Engineering and Procurement
• Maintaining a tidy stores area

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience and understanding of Engineering
• Experience in a stores role
• Computer literate
• A forklift license would be beneficial
