Caterpillar is seeking an Inventory and Materials Manager for our Wimborne site. You will lead logistics, manage SAP-based stock accuracy, BOMs and routing, and ensure timely material availability for production and customer pickup.
This onsite role requires strong experience in SAP, MRP, and warehouse operations. You will oversee a team, manage daily stock, and drive continuous improvements in end-to-end processes while delivering accurate reports and maintaining safety standards.

Salary: £ 49,500 + Depending on Experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Inventory Manager, this role is integral to the business to ensure dealers and customers receive the right material in the right quantity at the right time.
Job duties include direct leadership, or performance, of all logistics activities related to inbound and outbound material movement, shipping, receiving and inventory storage systems.
