Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Facilitator/Co-Ordinator for the Machining Maintenance team at Peterborough. The role focuses on improving uptime, coordinating training, and ensuring safety and compliance across maintenance activities.
You will oversee agility, risk assessments, spares tracking, contractor management, and KPI updates to drive continuous improvement on site.

Grade: £33,948.50 to £37,925.12 (depending on experience and knowledge)

Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD) designs, tests and manufactures 0.5 to 18L Cat® and Perkins engines that power over 5000 applications including Marine, Petroleum, Industrial Applications, Electric Generators, and Locomotives. A vacancy has arisen for a Maintenance facilitator/Co-ordinator within the Machining Maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work within the maintenance team.
The maintenance department is responsible for improving the uptime of Perkins machinery and equipment, significant investments require a motivated and highly skilled team to maintain and manage this modern equipment as well as improve and maintain the older equipment we have on site.
