Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Stores Analyst to be at the heart of our fulfilment operation in the UK. You will monitor inventory, verify stock levels, produce product reports, and support KPI delivery while upholding standards.

The role suits individuals with warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems such as SAP, Maxim and SGM, plus strong MS Office skills; customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have warehouse management systems experience (SAP, Maxim & SGM).
• Warehouse experience is essential.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with inventory in a warehouse setting is required.
• Customer-facing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory support at the site and monitor pick accuracy and KPIs.
• Check accuracy of stock levels and ensure data integrity.
• Generate product reports and manage stock availability to meet KPIs.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
• Use analytics to drive on-site standards and improvements.
• Support operation management systems to maintain standards and archive best performance.
