As an Insite Stores Operative, you will be a pivotal part of the Insite team, contributing to its success. Ideally, you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment; however, full training will be provided, so don’t let this stop you from applying!

We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares, and tooling they need to operate, while working hard to secure the best deals with suppliers.

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to support the Insite Manager in developing the business by capitalizing on every profitable sales opportunity, maintaining good customer care practices, and exceeding customer expectations whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Insite Manager in sourcing (Stock/Non-Stock) items according to customer requirements.
  2. Ensure consistent delivery of high levels of customer service.
  3. Achieve unit cost reduction savings compared to previous suppliers and OEMs.
  4. Assist other team members with inquiries and problems.
  5. Arrange site visits with preferred supply partners to identify and assist with value-added activities.
  6. Proactively look for sales opportunities around site leasing with all departments.
  7. Previous SAP experience is beneficial, but training is provided.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

  1. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  2. Self-driven and motivated to complete each task.
  3. Experience in a similar role with transferable skills.
