Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Trading Manager to oversee store-wide trading routines, lead a team, and ensure excellent product availability and customer service. You will manage shifts, develop staff, and drive performance while maintaining safety and compliance across all departments.

You will plan promotions, coordinate resources, and build strong relationships with other store teams to meet sales targets and deliver a fantastic shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan resources and manage daily trading priorities.
• Confident to step up as Manager in Charge when required.
