Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Trading Manager to lead store-wide trading routines and deliver market-leading product availability. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive promotions, manage shifts, and ensure safety and compliance across all aisles.

You’ll be on hand to develop your team, plan resources, and build strong working relationships with other store departments while keeping customer service at the heart of every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan promotions and respond to customer feedback to maintain high standards.
• Manage shift rotas, attendance, and develop talent for flexible cross-department work.
• Ensure safety, stock availability and adherence to operational standards.
