Morrisons is looking for a Trading Manager to lead a team and oversee store-wide trading routines, ensuring product availability and successful promotions. You will report to the Store Manager and drive safe, compliant, high-quality store operations.

You will manage shifts, develop talent, and motivate staff to hit operational and sales targets, while maintaining strong relationships with other departments and delivering great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident to step up as Manager in Charge when required.
• Clear communication and collaboration with other store departments.
• Comfortable planning promotions and responding to customer feedback.
