Job summary

SOHO Coffee Co Leicester store is seeking a part-time Store Team Member to join our welcoming team. You’ll deliver great coffee, food, and guest experiences with a smile and energy that keeps customers coming back.

Ideal candidates show passion for people, teamwork, high standards, and a positive, proactive attitude. Flexible shifts and a friendly, supportive environment await in-store roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming service to customers.
• Assist with beverage preparation and food/service support.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels across the store.
• Support team in delivering Soho Coffee Co’s guest experience.
