Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Store Team Member for our Kettering store. You will greet customers, stock shelves, and work across departments from fresh food to seasonal items.

The role requires a friendly, reliable, and proactive approach to maintain high store standards and a welcoming shopping environment. Shifts are part-time, 16 hours per week between 8am and 6pm, with a possibility of evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide enthusiastic service.
• Replenish shelves and maintain clean, organized displays.
• Assist across departments (Cafe, Bakery, Garden Centre) as needed.
