Home Bargains in Birmingham is hiring Store Team Members to welcome customers, stock shelves, and support across departments from fresh food to seasonal items. Roles require a friendly, reliable, and flexible approach and may include shifts in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.

Store hours are 6am–10pm daily; some evenings and weekends may be required. This position is part-time, reflecting up to 12 hours per week, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
