Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Store Team Member to be the friendly face of a busy UK store. You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and work across departments from fresh food to seasonal items, upholding high standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Shifts are varied with evenings and weekends required; you will join a fast-paced, hands-on team and help keep tills, stock, and displays running smoothly. Training across areas will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product queries to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Replenish shelves and stock across departments from fresh food to seasonal items.
• Handle tills and cash transactions during shifts; manage stock movement and displays.
• Be flexible to work across Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre areas as needed.
