Job summary

Home Bargains in Colchester is hiring Store Team Members for a part-time, permanent role. Five positions are available, 12 hours per week, with shifts between 5am and 9am, at £12.71–£13.00 per hour (18–20: £12.71, 21+: £13.00). Location: Colchester. Closing date: 05/10/2026.

You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and work across departments from Fresh to Garden Centre while delivering high standards. The role is fast-paced, with tills and cash handling, and offers a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Replenish shelves and restock across multiple departments (Fresh, Bakery, Garden Centre)
• Take ownership of fill shifts: unload deliveries and ensure stock is available on the floor
• Operate tills, handle cash, and support Cafe, Bakery, and Garden Centre roles as needed
