Job summary

Home Bargains in Grantham is hiring Store Team Members for up to 16 hours per week, 5am–9am, on a permanent part‑time basis.

You will be the friendly face of the store, helping customers, stocking shelves and supporting multiple departments to keep the shop running smoothly.

The role requires a proactive, reliable team player with a can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn; weekends or varying shifts may be required, with leave and pension benefits available.

Qualifications

• Frontline retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work early mornings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with queries to create a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Stock shelves, replenish displays and keep areas tidy across departments.
• Take charge during shifts by operating tills and handling cash transactions.
• Assist across Café, Bakery or Garden Centre roles as needed.
