Job summary

Home Bargains in Basingstoke is seeking a Store Team Member to join our fast-paced team across departments, from fresh food to seasonal items.

You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and work across tills, maintaining high standards while supporting your team. Flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends, are required.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be trained across multiple areas (Café, Bakery, Garden Centre) and handle tills and cash as required.

Salary & Hours

• £ 13.71 per hour (18-20), £14.00 per hour (21+).
• The above pay includes a non-contractual and non-transferable Regional Allowance (£1.00 per hour)
• 16 hours per week. Must be available to work between the hours of 5am - 9am
