Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Store Team Member to be at the heart of our busy store. You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and work across departments from fresh foods to seasonal items, delivering the brand’s high standards.

Our teams are fast-paced, hands-on, and focused on a friendly customer experience, with shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends to suit store operations.

As a Store Team Member, you will be at the heart of it all, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards.

Retail here is fast-paced and hands-on, with no two days the same.

Because our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm daily, we ask for some flexibility with evenings and weekends

• but don’t worry, we work hard to balance shifts fairly so everyone gets the time off they need.

Package Salary & Hours £12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+) 16 hours per week.

Must be available to work between the hours of 6am - 10am Employee Benefits Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service.

Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.

No two days are the same: You will be trained across multiple areas of the business.

Your versatility will shine as you handle tills, manage cash transactions, restock shelves, and adapt to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.
