Job summary

Home Bargains is recruiting a Team Leader to drive daily store performance at Centre 27, Batley. You’ll lead by example, coach colleagues, and work alongside management to deliver excellent service, maintain standards and stock, and hit targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll oversee onboarding of new starters, supervise on the shop floor, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience. The role offers development opportunities within our growing business and a focus on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Able to lead by example and coach others to meet store standards.
