Home Bargains is seeking a Team Leader to work hands-on on the shop floor, guide the team and keep the store looking its best. You will lead by example, set daily priorities, and coach colleagues to ensure shelves are stocked and aisles tidy, creating a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Confident supporting colleagues and leading by example on the shop floor.
• Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks.

• Clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily priorities with the management team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Welcome new starters, coach colleagues, and build skills.
• Improve customer service by advising customers and spotting service improvements.
• Maintain merchandising standards, compliance and safety on the shop floor.
• Share ideas and drive improvements while keeping energy and team spirit high.
