Home Bargains is seeking a Store Team Leader to guide and develop our store teams at Byrom Street, Blackburn. You will lead colleagues to deliver exceptional service, meet daily targets, and uphold the high store standards our customers expect.

You will play a key role in coaching staff, prioritising customer satisfaction, and driving store success in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers clear progression and training opportunities within a rapidly expanding retailer.

Formación

• Experience supervising others in a fast-moving retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership to guide and develop store teams.
• Customer-focused approach to maintain high service standards.

• Guide Our Colleagues - train, inform and enable your team to meet high store standards.
