Vivienne Westwood is seeking a Store Supervisor for our flagship store in London. This full-time, permanent role focuses on delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience while driving sales and upholding our brand standards.

You will lead a small team, coach colleagues to enhance service levels, manage stock and cash procedures, and act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager. Prior premium retail experience is preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally premium or luxury.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience motivating or working collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Maximise sales opportunities to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Provide expert advice on Vivienne Westwood products, pricing, features and styling.
• Adhere to policies on stock security, cash handling, and customer records.
