Job summary

JACK & JONES in Glasgow Fort is seeking a Supervisor to join our Store Management team. You will partner with the Store Management team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for customers and colleagues.

As a role model, you will analyse daily sales figures, drive commercial outcomes, and coach the team on KPI delivery, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations, while owning your store from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor within retail.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Passion for our product.

Responsibilities

• Working in partnership with the Store Management team
