Job summary

Castore is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team and create a world-class shopping environment. You will work alongside Managers to drive productivity, maintain a positive atmosphere, and communicate with pace and authority to maximise team performance.

This 20 hour per-week contract places you at the frontline of delivering outstanding customer service, stock control and store operations while supporting the Managers to meet targets and deliver a premium Castore experience.

Qualifications

• Ideally have worked within a supervisory or management role in a customer facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team under pressure.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in duties and performance and provide feedback.
• Motivate and mentor the team to exceed daily goals.
• Train new team members on company standards and service.
• Coordinate with Managers on stock, logistics and store operations.
