Job summary

Sweaty Betty is seeking a dedicated store team member to join our Harrogate location, supporting the management team with opening and closing duties, cash handling, stock control, and merchandising. You will deliver friendly, authentic service and help create positive, lasting experiences for every customer.

In this role you will drive sales while upholding brand standards and health & safety policies. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred to meet

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible, adaptable; able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Provide authentic customer service to create memorable experiences for customers.
• Drive sales and store KPIs by acting as a brand ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by manager.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and inventory policies.
