Our Supervisors are key members of our store management team, supporting Store and Assistant Managers with supervising store processes and procedures daily.

A typical day for our Supervisors might include opening or closing the store, managing shifts, delegating tasks, coaching colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer service, all while having fun.

They create a welcoming store environment and foster a culture of trust and respect. They are empowered to deliver outstanding service and experience for both customers and colleagues.
