Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Supervisor for its Greggs site on Boothferry Road, Howden. This role offers an immediate start and maternity cover, plus a £10 meal allowance per shift. You will help run a busy site, support your team daily, and ensure great customer experiences for every visitor.

You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, work with supportive managers, and have the chance to progress toward Store Management while enjoying onsite benefits and flexible hours that fit around your life.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and supervising a team on shift.
• Strong customer service standards and ability to motivate others.
