Shoe Zone in Market Harborough is seeking a Store Supervisor for a part-time, permanent role (20.5 hours). You will support the Store Manager and run the store in their absence, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-presented store.

In a busy retail environment you will coach colleagues, oversee daily operations and help drive sales while maintaining rota flexibility for Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Competitive benefits and training are provided.

Job description

shoezonehas an opportunity for a StoreSupervisor to join our team based in Market Harborough. You will join us on a part time (20.5 hours),permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary, thorough training and great benefits.

This position is required to work Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday, however flexibility for the rest of the week is also required and the core rota is subject to change based on the needs of the business.

The Supervisor role:

We are looking for somebody who can step up to the challenge to support the Store Manager and run the Store in their absence. Being a team player is also important, an all-rounder who is flexible and able to support the store.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Supervisor:

• Ensure every customer receives excellent first class service, with a warm, friendly and helpful approach
• Coach and support your team to the same customer service standard
• Working in a busy and fast paced environment
• Making sure that the shop floor looks great at all times

What we're looking for in our Supervisor:

• Someone who takes a huge pride in what they do
• Retail Management/supervisory experience would be desirable
• Flexible (your availability will be discussed at interview stage)
