Job summary

Sweaty Betty is seeking a motivated retail teammate to deliver outstanding customer service in our Cambridge store. You will help customers find products, share knowledge, and contribute to sales in a fast-paced, brand-led environment.

Maintain store standards, assist with stock and merchandising, manage cash with integrity, and support loss prevention. Weekend and holiday availability is essential; retail experience is preferred but not required, and a positive, proactive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
