Job summary

Island of Jersey is recruiting for a hands-on warehouse/store role in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, checking and loading goods onto delivery vans, and maintaining stock accuracy on site.

Occasional deliveries may be required; a full driving license is preferable. Forklift training is an advantage, uniforms are provided, and a competitive benefits package is offered including a pension and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking/packing.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments.
• Full driving license preferred for occasional deliveries.
• Forklift training would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a keen and able bodied person to join our warehouse/ store team.

You would be required to focus on the picking and packing of customers orders in accordance with company procedures, checking and loading of goods onto the vans, stock checking goods and booking in and putting away stock as it arrives onsite.

< p> You may also be required to work within our temperature controlled environments, which full uniforms are provided and you may occasionally be required to assist on deliveries so a full license is preferable. Forklift training would be an advantage but not mandatory.
