Job summary

Toyota Material Handling UK is seeking a General Maintenance and Warehouse Person to join our busy warehouse team. You will support day-to-day operations, transfer goods and maintain stock inventory to ensure efficient processes.

Key tasks include unloading and loading, conducting daily inspections, verifying inbound goods against documentation, using stock control systems and upholding safe working conditions. Forklift and PPT licences are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and good timekeeping.

Job description

We are looking for a General Maintenance and Warehouse Person to be part of a busy team. You will provide support to ensure our warehouse operates efficiently.

About the role

The role will involve the transfer of goods and to maintain the stock inventory. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:

• Unloading and loading of goods
• Conducting daily building inspections and overseeing fire and safety compliance
• Checking all inbound goods against documentation
• Using stock control systems
• Maintaining the safe working conditions of the warehouse

We are looking with someone with previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment. Fork lift truck and PPT licence would be desirable.
