Job summary

Asda is seeking a General Store Manager to lead planning and execution of day-to-day store operations across Non-Food, Online and Customer departments. You will drive availability, minimise waste and shrink, and ensure the Superstore runs safely and efficiently.

You will work with the Operations Manager and department managers to deliver high standards, improve delivery flow, stock routines, and compliance, while coaching and empowering a large team to achieve results with heart and pride.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Store Manager or Operations Manager in a large-format retail environment.
• Proven track record of improving availability and reducing waste.
• Experience managing complex ER cases and knowledge of HR policies.
• Strong leadership to develop large teams and drive change.
