Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom. You’ll be cool, calm and collected, stepping in on the shop floor and behind the scenes to keep operations smooth and lead by example when the Store Manager is away.

You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, motivate your colleagues, deliver outstanding service to customers and drive KPIs, with a generous benefits package and opportunities to progress.
