Role & Responsibilities
As the Store Manager, you are the leader and business owner of your store, responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an elevated and seamless client experience, and building a strong, high-performing, and engaged team that reflects the Jenni Kayne brand. You oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with brand standards and policies while leading both strategically and hands‑on from the sales floor. In this role, you set the tone for your team, cultivate a best‑in‑class customer experience, and take ownership of the business at all times.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
