As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the branch. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for travel, and a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. You will oversee the sales team providing coaching, ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing sales performance, and maintaining a positive work environment.

What You'll Do:
  1. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and providing guidance and support to team members.
  4. Monitor and analyse store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive business growth.
  5. Work with your team on their own Personal Development Plans and set goals for progression and achievement.
  6. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel-related information.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  8. Stand as a proud ambassador for Barrhead Travel, ensuring positive brand promotion internally and externally.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Previous experience managing a retail travel sales team - let your travel expertise shine!
  2. A genuine passion for travel that fuels your own adventures and inspires others to explore the world.
  3. Strong leadership abilities to support the Branch Manager and guide the sales team to success.
  4. Commercially aware, with an eye for detail, opportunity and keeping abreast of competitor activity.
