SandpiperCI Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager for our Card Factory store in St Helier. This full-time role (39 hours) leads the store team to achieve business objectives, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will manage store operations, budgets, and health and safety compliance, ensuring a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment in Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team, and through them deliver on all business objectives and achieve operational excellence.
• Operate a SandpiperCI retail outlet by maximising profitability, providing high levels of customer service and developing a motivated team of colleagues.
• Use systems and procedures to control financial aspects of the business to achieve set budgets.
• Comply with Health and Safety legislation and the company's Corporate Principles to maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
