Job summary

Maje is seeking a Full-time Supervisor for its Regent Street boutique in London. You will assist the store manager, coach and train the team, and help deliver a personal, emotional experience to international customers. Your role ensures the boutique runs smoothly and projects the brand's modern, feminine aesthetic.

You will work with passionate colleagues and have opportunities for growth within Maje and the SMCP Group, while contributing to a dynamic luxury retail environment in central London.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in coaching and training the team.
• Supervise the sales team and welcome international customers.

Job Description

A full time Supervisor position, in our boutique in Regent Street.

On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will be in support to the manager in the coaching and training of the team members, supervise the sales team, welcome our international customers, offer them a personalised and emotional experience, ensuring the smooth running of the business...
