This position is for our brand new store opening in Peterborough!

Address: QUEENSGATE SHOPPING CENTRE, PETERBOROUGH, PE1 1NT

As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll lead by example, coaching your team to deliver an excellent customer experience!

You’ll also define daily objectives, develop plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and daily operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine team connections by celebrating successes!

You are unique because of your ability to motivate your team and achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals. Additionally, as Store Manager, you are inspiring and performance-driven.

On top of that, you have:

  • Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent in retail or hospitality.
  • People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration).
  • Experience sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
