Costa Coffee Emersons Green is seeking a Store Manager to lead a new Costa store in partnership with Sainsburys Emersons Green. You’ll own store performance, drive customer service excellence, and shape a winning team culture.

Responsibilities

Meeting all customer needs and driving a strong customer service culture to drive positive NPS, as well as working in the local community to identify and welcome new customers
Creating the perfect setting that customers want to come back to again and again
Taking ownership with brilliant management of sales, profit, our teams, and recognition
Training and developing your team to become the best they can be
