We have an exciting opportunity to lead our BRAND NEW Pavers team in Cotswolds Designer Outlet working 40 hours over 5 days per week. This role will involve working weekdays, evenings & weekends.

• Planning & prioritising

• People management, leading the team & supporting their development
• Managing the operations of the store
