We have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at Bonmarché in our brand-new store located in the Marketgate Shopping Centre. Lancaster is a historic city offering a range of shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
