We are seeking someone who can:

• Successfully manage a high-volume, fast-paced store in line with Coffi Lab standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Follow operational processes and keep documentation up to date.
• Hire and onboard new store employees.
• Provide ongoing training and development to team members, ensuring documentation is maintained.
• Lead by example and promote the business in accordance with training.
• Understand and manage store budgets and financial metrics strategically.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to achieve gross margin targets and manage ordering.
• Plan rotas, schedule holidays, and ensure accurate reflection on systems for reporting and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
