Job Overview: As a Store Manager Maternity Cover 6 month - Gretna at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in an environment that celebrates change and ideas. Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve profit and loss targets by implementing strategies to maximize sales at Gretna Store.
2. Motivate, mentor, and manage the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Control costs and manage store operations including stock, payroll, admin, and rotas.
4. Monitor KPIs and team performance; report findings and action plans to the District Manager.
5. Analyze commercial data and take appropriate actions to meet KPIs.
6. Assist with team training and product knowledge sharing.
7. Recruit and induct high-caliber team members passionate about denim.
8. Accept a 6-month maternity cover role.
9. Demonstrate passion for the brand and uphold company values.
10. Manage and develop team members effectively, with a proven track record in fast-paced retail environments.
11. Understand HR policies and store admin duties.
