As a Store Manager on maternity cover for 6 months at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be part of an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing strategies to maximize sales.

4. Monitor KPIs and team performance, providing reports and action plans to the District Manager.
5. Analyze commercial data and take appropriate actions to meet KPIs.
6. Assist with team training and share product knowledge.
7. Recruit and onboard high-caliber team members passionate about denim.
